   This disc has a 60 day warranty against physical defects.  Any warranty
   returns will be honored only on those discs that have been registered
   with us.

   We have checked this disc as thoroughly as possible for any problem files
   or defects.  However, we do not guarantee the usability for any particular
   purpose of any program or data on this disc, nor do we guarantee that it
   will even work on your computer.  It ran on ours and on every machine that
   we tried it out on, but who knows what kind of strange bird you have there?
   <Smile!>  If it doesn't work for you, your only recourse is to take it back
   to the vendor that sold you the disc, and get a refund or an exchange, if
   the vendor that sold you the disc does that.  If they don't, it's time to
   find a new vendor, eh?  <smile!>

   Arsenal Computer does not warrant that the contents of this disc will be
   accurate, or meet your needs, or that the operation will be entirely
   error-free.

   You may use this disc on Bulletin Board Systems or Networks.  You may use
   this for your own purposes.  You may use it for a cup caddy if you so
   desire, but please wait until your 60 day warranty has expired... <smile!>

   The programs on this disc are owned by their respective authors.  You will
   need to follow their directions regarding registration.  By purchasing this
   disc, you have NOT purchased the programs on it.  They are still owned by
   their respective authors.

   If it turns out that some of the files are illegal for BBS distribution,
   and you are using this disc on your BBS, you are obligated to remove the
   file(s) from the text listings used on your BBS, so that your callers
   cannot get to the illegal file(s) in question.

   We claim no responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of the
   improper use, proper use, or inability to use anything on this disc.

   Any fees that you have paid for this disc are NOT for the shareware
   programs that are on it, but for the original work being distributed
   on it.  Any shareware programs that you find on this disc are here
   solely as a bonus, and no fees are being charged for their distribution.

   Every file on this disc has been scanned at LEAST twice times by
   different anti-virus programs, checked for CRC corruption, has had
   known objectionable filenames (such as those R&E ads) removed.  However,
   it's impossible to say that EVERYTHING was taken care of, because new
   virii strains are being developed all the time, and Trojan horse
   programs are virtually impossible to detect.  Because of this, the end
   user is responsible for checking out a program or dataset prior to
   its use.  Even if it works properly, it might cause unforeseen results
   on _your_ machine, so be alert.
